Viewing Prior Tanning Sessions
You can quickly and easily see each client’s prior tanning sessions in your business. The tanning history shows you the date, the equipment used, the duration, the package
used for the session, and the user (if the client has authorized users on the account).

Viewing Prior Transactions
Your staff can quickly view a client’s prior transactions by clicking a single tab.
You get detailed information about the transaction and shows you how the client
paid for the products/services.

Bar Code Driven Merchandise Sales
Bar codes are all around us, and give us the ability to uniquely identify products
(Universal Product Code [UPC]). Most of the products you will sell in your business
will have a UPC and you can use that bar code in conjunction with a bar code scanner
to quickly and accurately ring up sales.

Locating Products, Services, and Tanning Packages
Some of the items or services you sell will not have a bar code, for instance a
tanning package, or any of the services you offer. So an easy, yet flexible, search
method was devised to help you get the product or service you are about to sell
onto the transaction. In the merchandise search window below, you simply type in
the first few letters of the item you want to sell and click search. You can sort
the table by any of the columns, and you can limit your search by department, vendor,
or manufacturer.

Credit Card Processing

not, there are retailers out there that still use a credit card processing device
