Employee Privileges
The first step in securing your point-of-sale software is setting up employee privileges.
What some software vendors do is create predetermined levels or tiers that you can
assign to your employees. You are stuck with what the developer has decided on for
each level of access.
With Solis, we take a more customizable approach to accessing the software and provide
you the means to assign privileges for each of the major functions. This way you
can customize each employee’s privileges to what you desire.
You have probably noticed the Copy From button that will copy the privileges from
one employee to another. This will save you time when you want to assign the same
privileges to several employees.

The auditing system gives you eyes in your salon, even when your not there. This
system will maintain a list of abnormal, or out-of-the-norm, activities performed
within Solis.
You will see things like client deletes, memberships suspended, gift card deactivations,
tanning package editing, and many more.

This tool gives you a consistence way to backup your most crucial asset in your

new USB drives, keeping an off-site backup is easier and cheaper then ever before.
