 Solis
integrates with the industry standard TMax timer series of timers. This connectivity
gives you up-to-the-minute status on each of your beds (clean, dirty, preheat, delay,
in use). The actual minutes used on a bed are transmitted and tracked inside Solis.

Sharing Packages Between Clients |
 Now
all the pitfalls with sharing packages amongst clients has been eliminated. In Solis,
your clients can share packages but each person has his/her own account and will
have signed off on your release form. We took it a step further by letting your
customer choose which packages he or she wants to share.

an employee incentive plan that doesn't take any work? The
employee commission system
allows you to set a wide range of ways to entice your employees to sell more. Like:

beds by the number of hours on the lamps. This will help even out the lamp hours

time to take the guesswork out of lamp life. Along with UV readings to determine
the true life of a lamp, Solis tracks the type and number of
hours on the lamps
in each of your beds. You will easily know when it is time to change lamps with
all the detailed information accumulated.

 Solis
tracks how much fluid is used per session based on manufacturer numbers and alerts
you when the solution in a Spay-On booth is running low. You configure the number
of sessions/ minutes per bottle; giving you control over the solution usage statistics.

 Do
you actually believe the lamp life rating on the box? As most pro salon owners know,
they have to find out what the true life of the lamp is and at what point to install
new lamps. You can track the UV Reading of a lamp over time and store the data in
Solis. This will give you a true number of hours of operational life of a lamp.

Membership Freeze / Vacation |
 Solis
gives you the ability to freeze a customer's membership; for instance, when a customer
goes on vacation or will be away for a month out of town. This suspends the monthly
automatic charges until the membership is re-activated.
