Equipment
In
Solis, you use the equipment section to identify tanning beds, rooms, or any other
asset that is used with the services you provide. The equipment type field provides
a way to group like equipment and provides you with a color-coding for easy recognition.
For tanning beds, the bed type field indicates either a lamp (bulb) or spray on
type bed. The other field is used for your other assets in this section.
You will noticed there are plenty of fields to record brand, model, year, date purchased,
cost, and serial numbers. The counters will show you initial hours on the unit when
you purchased it (if used), lifetime hours, the start delay before tanning, the
cool down minutes (if any), max tanning time, and minimum tanning time.

Lamp (bulb) Information
Solis maintains information on face, top and bottom lamps for each of your tanning
beds. Along with seeing the current number of hours on a set of lamps, you can record
UV readings and store them for later comparison.
Spray On
For spray on beds, Solis will show you the number of minutes on the current solution,
and the volume left (in a percentage).
